The Chamas team has pulled out all the stops to make this Christmas a very special one with some festive additions to our diverse and popular gaucho-style grill and rodizio menu of delicious marinated, seasoned and sizzling meats. Our celebratory December offering, served throughout the month, includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival, grilled turkey and Christmas pudding, with our usual fish and vegetarian alternatives. Prices are published on the website or you can call us for further information. Children under five can dine for free, with discounts for five to twelve year olds.

On Christmas Day we have a very special rodizio served from 12 pm to 2.30 pm, and 3 pm to 5.30 pm. We’ll kick off the afternoon in style by treating you to a glass of bubbly on arrival. Fifteen cuts of meat will be served at your table supplemented by fillet steak and roasted turkey. These will be accompanied by an unlimited VIP buffet embellished with all of the traditional trimmings. Christmas pudding or crème caramel will follow if you possibly have room for desert.

A highlight of our Yuletide festivities are three very special Christmas drinks devised, lovingly mixed, shaken or stirred by our cocktail guru.

Why not try our ingenious and moreish White Christmas? It’s a Chamas twist on our signature Brazilian classic Caipirinha. Fresh lime wedges are muddled with sugar, topped with Cachaça and coconut syrup and served over crushed ice. Cachaça (Pinga or Caninha) is the rum-like fermented sugarcane juice which makes the Caipirinha a much cherished Brazilian tipple.

Our Baileys chocolate orange cocktail is heavenly concoction in a glass. Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, a combination of whiskey and Belgian chocolate, is blended with orange vodka, double cream and enthused with orange bitters. A sumptuous and decadent marriage of flavours.

On a more traditional note, treat yourself to a Chamas mulled wine, a heady and soothing fusion of red wine, Cachaça, orange juice, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and star anise, with lemon, orange and lime peels thrown in for good measure. Enough to warm the frosty cockles of any winter heart.
