If you are unable to attend your reservation, please call the restaurant on 01482 867897 as soon as possible to allow us to allocate the table to other guests.
*All deposits paid will be redeemed against your final bill on the booked date you dine with us.
When you are Late
We politely request that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. If you are going to be late for your reservation, please contact the restaurant at your earliest convenience. We will call you the day before your booking time for confirmation of attendance and will also call if you are more than 10 minutes late. We will hold your table for 30 minutes of you being late for your reservation time, but please note that the time you are late for your reservation will be deducted from your 1hr 45minute seating time.
If you are 30 minutes late or more, we will automatically cancel your booking.
Guests are permitted to take photos and videos of themselves and guests inside the restaurant for personal use only. it If you wish to take professional photos please contact us to make an appointment via email@example.com.
PETS AND GUIDE DOGS
Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities. We do ask kindly to inform the restaurant at the time of booking so a suitable table can be made available.
In line with legislation passed in 2007 Chamas is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.
